Preamble – Definition of scope and services

Welcome to MuAwaY! Whenever we refer to “GVR’s services,” “our services,” or the “Administration” in this Policy, we are referring expressly and specifically to the MuAwaY game and to any other connected games, websites, forums, applications (including the MuAwaY Gerenciador), and services, regardless of how you access or use them, including via mobile devices. GVR Tecnologia LTDA, a private legal entity registered under CNPJ No. 65.805.500/0001-46, headquartered at Av. Castelo Branco, 2197 - Sala D, Bairro Cidade Nova, Marabá - PA, is committed to transparency, privacy, and the security of its users’ data. This document governs how we collect, process, store, and protect your information, in strict compliance with Lei nº 13.709/2018 (LGPD – Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and the Marco Civil da Internet (MCI – Lei nº 12.965/2014 – Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet).

I. Age of majority and protection of minors clause

In accordance with our Terms of Use and with the Estatuto Digital da Criança e do Adolescente (Lei nº 15.211/2025 – Digital Statute of Children and Adolescents), our services are strictly directed to persons over 18 (eighteen) years of age.

We do not intentionally collect, process, or store personal data of children or adolescents. Should the administration identify that data belonging to minors was entered into our database through misrepresentation at the time of registration, such information and the corresponding account will be immediately and permanently deleted.

II. Information we collect

We collect data that is strictly necessary for the performance of the contract (provision of the game service), the security of the ecosystem, and compliance with legal obligations.

Data Provided Directly by You: Full name, e-mail address, date of birth, and access credentials (login and encrypted password).

Payment Data: When making contributions/purchases (such as the acquisition of the virtual currencies Golds, GoldsWay’s, JcPoint’s, and GoldsEvent’s), we collect billing data essential for processing through partner payment gateways.

Automatically Collected Data (Logs): In compliance with Art. 15 of the Marco Civil da Internet, we automatically collect connection and access records, including: IP address, date and time of interactions, hardware/device identification (e.g., HWID, MAC Address), screen resolution, and interactions within the game environment (chat, item trading, and transfers).

III. Purpose and legal bases for processing

We process your data based on the following legal bases (Art. 7 of the LGPD):

Performance of Contract: To create your account, allow your access to the game, save your progress and items, and enforce the Terms of Use.

Legal Obligation: To retain connection records (logs) for the legally required period and to assist in investigations or judicial orders.

Legitimate Interest and Security: For the operation of anti-cheat systems, audits for fraud prevention, application of penalties for toxic behavior, and continuous improvement of server stability.

GVR Tecnologia does not sell your personal data. Sharing occurs in a restricted manner and only when strictly necessary for:

Infrastructure Providers: Data centers and hosting services essential to keeping the game online.

Payment Gateways and Anti-fraud Providers: Partner companies that process financial transactions involving virtual currencies.

Legal Authorities: Public security agencies, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or the Judiciary, upon a substantiated legal request or court order, to cooperate with cyber or financial investigations.

V. Data subject rights

Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, the user has rights over their personal data, which may be exercised by opening a Ticket with official support, including:

Confirmation of and access to the data processed;
Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
Withdrawal of consent

Important: Deletion of data (through the permanent cancellation of the account, except for data whose retention is mandatory by law, such as access logs for a minimum of 6 months).

VI. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and local identifiers on our websites and dashboards exclusively to keep the user logged in, record language preferences, ensure session security, and analyze traffic statistics in an anonymized manner. The user may manage or disable cookies in their browser settings, being aware that this may affect functionalities of the website and the dashboard.

VII. Information security and retention

We adopt robust technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. User passwords are stored using irreversible encryption. Your data will be retained while the account remains active. In the event of severe inactivity or account deletion, we will retain only the information necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud, for the period stipulated by law.

MuAwaY uses third-party platforms, such as Discord, Facebook, and external forums, to foster and integrate the community. GVR Tecnologia does not control, does not have access to private data, and is not responsible for personal information, files, or communications that the user voluntarily shares in these environments. Data processing on these platforms is governed exclusively by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of the respective service providers (e.g., Discord Inc., Meta, etc.). We recommend extreme caution when sharing sensitive data, access credentials, or financial information in public or private chats operated by third parties.
